Each fresh oil storage tank is pre-plumbed with the following equipment:

	Secondary tank venting with emergency vent
	Visual leak detection gauge for interstitial monitor tube
	Visual tank gauge to easily determine fresh oil content
	Flip top fill cap
	5:1 pump with drop pipe

Each waste oil storage tank is pre-plumbed with the following equipment:

	Primary tank venting with mushroom vent
	Secondary tank venting with emergency vent
	Visual leak detection gauge for interstitial monitor tube
	Visual tank gauge to easily determine waste oil content
	Waste oil removal assembly with drop pipe and cam-lock connector with dust cap
	Waste oil inlet assembly connects to 1" diaphragm pump

Architectural Plans - Stand Alone Systems are offered in standard configurations.  Buyers have the option of deviating from the standard configurations, however, engineering and plan alteration costs will be added to the project cost.  Each system comes with three copies of sealed, approved drawings and calculations.  Additional copies or wet sealed drawings are available and will be billed to the buyer.

Exterior Finish Options - Stand Alone Systems are finished with synthetic EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) system.  The finish is applied to a moisture resistant substrate in a controlled environment assuring a quality application.  The result is an attractive wall system with high impact resistance.  A wide variety of colors and finishes are available.  Brick and block patterns are also available at an additional cost.  Architectural details, such as columns, coining, banding, etc. can easily be added to match the look of your existing structures.  Hollow metal door and window frames are powder coated with a color that will compliment the EFIS system color.
