LubeSoft® Software Management System

The LubeSoft® point-of-sale system is a key component of the Stand Alone System (SAS).  It allows the full service oil change to be completed in the target timeframe of 10 to 12 minutes.  It meets the basic three requirements of the SAS program:

The LubeSoft® program is used by more fast lubes than any other system, making it the most respected and recommended software in the industry.  LubeSoft® was designed by veterans of the fast lube industry, and it continues to grow and change with the industry.  Integrated Services, Inc. Electronic Service Manual (ESM)

The built-in Electronic Service Manual provides the oil filter, air filter, breather element, PCV valve and serpentine belt information for the specific vehicle on which the technician is working.  Additionally, any warranty or safety recalls are flashed on the screen for the technician to view.  The system covers vehicles from 1980 to the present, including 54 manufacturers with all their makes and models as well as all their engine specifications.  This adds up to over 24 million records.

Accurate information, provided quickly, is the key to providing fast service while limiting liability.  With LubeSoft®, information is viewed on separate screens on each bay and is specific to the vehicle on that bay.  The fluid specifications are also supplied and are engine specific.  Any cautions or warnings are provided as well.  Warranty and recall information will soon be provided.

Additional information is supplied by one keystroke.  It includes preventative maintenance schedule information, tire pressures, recommended viscosities, torque values for wheel lug nuts, and recommended fluid and quantity for gearboxes including automatic and manual transmissions.

Vehicle Service History

LubeSoft® maintains the service history of the vehicle.  This will allow the technician to know what services have been performed on the vehicle as well as notify the customer of work performed and suggested by the SAS.

Office Information Link (OIL) Site Software

LubeSoft's® OIL Site Software enables data generated by LubeSoft® to be communicated to and from other software.  It also allows operators with more than one quick lube location to share vehicle history information between their quick lubes without having to go through a central office.  This means individual quick lube locations can send data directly to each other to create a shared database.

Preventative Maintenance Module and Printer

The Preventative Maintenance module allows you to create a report for your customers that list the manufacturer's service recommendations for over 650 different items based on the vehicle's current mileage.  With this innovative report, you can show the customer, the services the vehicle will require within a range of months or miles.  The comprehensive list can point out which services are required in order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty on the vehicle or technicians can choose to report on only selected services to provide customers with concise, relevant information.  When you offer this extensive report to your customers, they will rely on you to assure that their cars run smoothly.  By pointing out the services you provide, you can boost the sales of less common services and increase store revenue.  At the same time, you become a total car maintenance organization for your customers.  With the Preventative Maintenance Report, you work with your customers to keep their vehicles running smoothly and build a relationship that will keep them coming back to your shop.

Thermal Sticker Printer

Thermal Autosticker is an advanced thermal printer, which creates a service reminder sticker that will not smudge or fade with text that is sharper and easier to read.  Its flexibility allows you to set up your own messages, include your store logo on the sticker, print stickers manually any time during the invoicing process, and print automatically when the invoice is sent to the cashier.  The window sticker is considered, by the industry, as the most powerful tool to encourage more frequent oil changes at your specific facility.

Wireless Reporting/E-Stats

You will always know your fast lubes are open and operating with LubeSoft's® Wireless Reporting.  Up to every hour, you can receive updated labor and sales statistics for each of your quick lubes on your mobile phone, beeper or Palm™ Pilot.  This allows you to see how your business is doing without having to rely on the fast lube manager to inform you.  LubeSoft's® electronic reports, known as E-Stats, can be received on any wireless device that accepts e-mail text messages.  E-Stats supply vital information such as net sales, total tickets, ticket average, labor percent, labor hours, labor dollars and costs of goods sold. Fast lubes can automatically send E-Stats via the Internet (you must have an Internet Service Provider) as often as every hour throughout the day.  This can occur every day of the week and to over 100 different wireless devices at once.  For even more control, you can get opening and closing reports sent to your wireless device so you can be sure your fast lubes are operating even when you are not there.

Office Information Link (OIL) Central

LubeSoft's® central office product is designed for the owner of more than one fast lube using the LubeSoft® point-of-sale system.  OIL Central provides remote access to all of your fast lubes via the Internet and provides central management of most business functions.  From one central location, you can update inventory costs, print any report produced at your fast lube shops, send data to all fast lubes without interrupting store transactions, send notes to your fast lubes, and receive responses the next time a connection is made.  You can also share vehicle histories with all or selected locations, update customer information, compare shop statistics over a period of time, view, detailed fleet account information, plus much more.

E-View Report Viewer

E-View allows customers to read LubeSoft® reports on any computer running a Windows® operating system.  Fast lubes with OIL Site and Internet access can automatically send LubeSoft® reports via e-mail to any and as many destinations or individuals as you choose, such as multiple central offices, your accountant, regional office, your laptop at home, or virtually any authorized computer.  For security purposes, these reports are encrypted and can only be viewed with ISI's E-View software.  This gives you more control while away from the shop and assures that only authorized computers can read the reports you select to be sent.

Tiny Term Communication Software

Tiny Term allows operators to have access to their LubeSoft® system from a remote location.  With Tiny Term installed on your home computer, you can dial into your fast lube's system from the comfort of your own home without interrupting operations at the shop.  Tiny Term enables you to perform most functions you can do at the fast lube such as setting up coupons, updating customer information and viewing reports.

Bank of America Credit Card Interface

This interface links the LubeSoft® system with your Bank of America Bank Card machine.
