R-Anell Commercial Structures
Fast Lube Stand Alone System
The Stand Alone System is a commercial
facility designed to with stand the extremes of any climate.
Incorporating galvanized steel construction allows the system to equal or
surpass all national code requirements for wind loading, snow loading, and
seismic zones. An independent third party inspection agency inspects
all aspects of the manufacturing process, assuring complete code compliance.
The system is pre-wired and pre-plumbed, greatly
reducing installation time. Final wiring and plumbing connections are
made by local professionals.

Building Information/Features: |

Interior
Walls - Finished with .050" FRP panel laminated to 1/2" plywood. |
|

Ceiling
- Finished with durable 22 gauge steel panels with a baked-on white
finish. |

Roof -
R-19 cavity insulation with tapered polyisocyanurate boards yield an
average R-29 insulation factor. Finished with a durable vinyl
membrane. |

|
Floor -
Constructed of a propriety interlocking system and finished with a
durable, non-slip vinyl composite floor covering that resists petroleum
spillage and is easy to clean. |

|
Exterior
- Finished with synthetic stucco EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish
System) system. Finish is applied to a moisture resistant
substrate in a controlled environment assuring a quality application.
This results in an attractive wall system with high impact resistance. |

Product
Distribution - Pre-plumbed fresh/used oil, windshield washer
solvent, antifreeze/coolant, and chassis lube. |

Heating System - Pre-installed gas furnace and metal duct work.
|

|
Non-Illuminated Fascia System - The Stand Alone Systems may incorporate a full wrap, non-illuminated fascia system. The system comes complete with fascia, mounting hardware, graphics, and installation. The fascia itself is manufactured from Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). ACM is a high performance product consisting of two sheets of .020" (.50mm) corrosion resistant aluminum permanently bonded to each side of an extruded thermoplastic compound core material. This results in an extraordinarily flat, strong, attractive, and highly formable material. The fascia is then fitted with custom vinyl lettering.

Architectural Plans |
|

Construction
plans and calculations are provided with each system. Plans and
calculations are sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the
state of destination and are approved on a state level. After the
plans and calculations have been approved by the state, three copies of
each will be provided to the buyer. |

Fresh Oil
Delivery System - Includes a 5:1 air operated double ball pump,
suction tube, air filter/regulator, electronic metered dispenser,
valves, hoses, and fittings. |

a central location, always within easy reach. |

Gear Oil
Delivery System - Includes three hand pumps with drum covers for 35 lb. (5 gal.) original comtainers, non-metered dispenser, valves, hoses and fittings. |

1500 Gallon Oil Storage System - Four Compartment UL listed 142 double wall above ground
storage tank. Standard configuration includes (2) 250 gallon, and (1) 500 gallon nominal capacity
storage compartments for new oil, and (1) 500 gallon compartment for used oil. The tank is
provided with a single 6" emergency vent and Krueger gauge, a visual leak detection gauge
for monitoring interstitial space.

Rechargeable Grease Gun - Seven (7)-volt cordless Ni-Cad rechargeable grease gun ha a powerful
7-volt motor that delivers a consistent grease flor (3oz/min) at up to 2900 psi while the fully rechargeable
power pack provides unrestricted mobility. Gun features 14 oz. cartridge or 16 oz. bulk grease loading.
Flexible 20" whip hose has spring guards to prevent hose ruptures. |

Windshield
Washer Fluid Delivery System - Includes a fast flow pneumatic pump,
(1) 100 Gallon Poly Tank, wall mount kit, dispenser bib, valves, hoses,
and fittings. |

Antifreeze/Coolant Delivery System - Includes a fast flow pneumatic
pump, (2) 100 Gallon Poly Tanks, wall mount kit, dispenser bib, valves,
hoses, and fittings. |

Service Bays |
|
|
|
ZipPits - The
ZipPits are pre-molded, one piece fiberglass units, designed for
secondary containment. The design of the above-grade lube pit
enables the technicians to work both top and bottom of the vehicle and
is more ergonomically efficient. They are fitted with a commercial
grade, continuous duty centrifugal in-line duct fan as a safety feature.
Heat from the gas furnace is ducted into the ZipPit for technician
comfort. |

Technician Glider -
Custom fabricated, powder-coated unit designed to be durable and comfortable. The glider is
installed onto a track system to eliminate lateral movement and provide stability. |

Used Oil Recovery Pan
- The used Oil Recovery Pan holds approximately 10 gallons of used oil
and connects to the recovery system via a flexible hose and cam-lock connection
lock. |

|
Gear Oil Delivery System
- Includes a non-metered dispenser, valves, hoses, and fittings. |
|
|
Gear Oil Recovery System
- Plumbed into the used Oil Recovery System. It quickly evacuates
gear oil and disposes of used oil to the storage tank. |

Commercial Overhead Doors
- 10' x 9'-6" extruded aluminum with full view DSB glass in all
sections. Full view glass sections offer high visibility and light
transmission. Overhead doors can be fitted with optional
commercial grade automatic openers. |
